Wasn't able to receive my order and upon checking the application, my order's tagged as RTS. Hence that I didn't receive text or call from the rider to update me regarding with my order. Thinking that I should get my order to the hub instead but we're not allowed to do so.

Ayaw maghatid ng rider nyo sa bahay dahil nka tricycle daw sya ayaw gumawa ng paraan at ang suplado pa isang attemp pa lng ng delivery return to sender na ang parcel ko..

contact buyer before delivering product. spx did not even contacted me and inform me that the item will be delivered that day. i just found out that it was being returned to the sender. other couriers will send notifications that the item will be delivered that day. poor service spx.

Deliver it once it arrived in your delivery hub! Its been 3 days in your delivery hub yet its not delivered!

ITEM IS SUPER DELAY!!! STATUS OUT FOR DELIVERY SINCE 9:53AM TODAY AND UP UNTIL. NOW, 4:55PM, NOT YET DELIVERED!!!! TAKE NOTE, THE HUB IS JUST 1 TOWN FROM MY LOCATION!!!

Extremely Delayed Delivery - My order has been in the last delivery hub "Villamonte" since Dec 29 and until now Jan 03 is still not out for delivery
