Very poor.. I'm very disappointed, my parcel is already in Bantayan hub 2 days already but they didn't deliver it yet.

Our signal in tm/smart/globe is low, so they will not contact us. I hope they will find ways to deliver our parcel even it is not that big amount, how many times they return our parcel, not only me who experience it, so disappointed. But not all rider. More power to those who trying hard and God bless..

they do not deliver the parcel in the rightful owner of the item...they capture proof of delivery but not in the right address or person...
