No contact text or call prior to delivery and later in the afternoon you can see on your app that its unsuccessful even if it was not attempted to deliver in my address....bad cusyomer service.

My order should be deliver on or before Aug 2, but still until today Aug4, my item is not delivered. That item is a Paid already

Rider is the one who ask favor to reschedule the delivery since his tire got flatten, but, it stated in the information that I was the one who asked to reschedule it when infact I was waiting since yesterday to deliver my parcel. I suggest to redeliver my parcel since I really need it
