Really? Marking our orders "rejected by the recipient" even without attempting it to deliver? For the third time around that my parcel had been returned to the seller because of one same reason "delivery unsuccessful: rejected by the recipient " Lol better close your franchise!

Sana nkalagay ang number ng rider para macontact ,wala ko access sa number ko dati dahil nawala cp ko ,kya hirap din ako mtruct kung asan ang rider lalo walang tao sa bahay ,Gusto ko sana ipdiliver sa office kso walang nkaindicate n info or contact ng rider.

The Rider Erichfielson DID NOT CALL ME to inform me that my Parcel is out for delivery. That's why I'm so DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please let your RIDER CONTACT THE PERSON FIRST BEFORE HE DECIDE TO RETURN MY PARCEL.
