Very poor, everytime i order from shoppe and the courier is the shoppe xpress my parcel is either delay or going rts without my knowledge. Many of the rider/courier do the false delivery in my area.

wait for the customer to reply for your call or text message coz you dont know the reason why she cant receive your call. ive been calling the rider 20 times and texting him many times but I didnt receive any answer but hoping and waiting coz Iwant to get that parcel that Ive order
