Please whenever you're trying to deliver the parcel at least please send a notification or text on the recipient. I'm just surprised that on the tracking order it says that I rescheduled the order when I did not. Another thing is that your delivery rider is not using his full name or did put his number so that I could be the one to approach him if he failed to do his task!

Dishonest. They never went and even called yet they declared in the app that the receiver rescheduled.
