The rider is not trying to reach out always . The parcel always was unsuccessful. Please amend his behavior, he is not an asset on your company . His phone number is +639058173093 . Please reprimand his rude behavior.

Better enroll all your riders to a seminar or workshop on proper dealing with customer. Very disappointed..

The delivery is slow the package is in the hub but it will take them 3 days to deliver it.

Wala man lang akong natangap na text or tawag from rider. Sabi pa sa tracking recipient did not accept the order. But KO naman e cancel na order KO yan. The next day return to sender na yan.tamad mga rider.
