Im writing this out of frustration in all of your riders. They are so incompetent, lazy and unprofessional. This is the 4th time that this rider has failed me. No calls and text and yet wrongly tagged unsuccesful delivery on all of my parcels whenever hes the one whos going to deliver it. My question is, does your company did not know this? You’re just hiring anyone who is not committed to his work? I have reported this many times but no progress. If you see this message please do something.

Nakakainis yong delivery rider. Di man lang niya sinabihan yong school guard na tawagin ako. Di ko agad nasagot yong tawag niya kasi may klase pa ako. Wala man lang siyang innitiative. The person in charge of the delivery did not deliver my parcel yesterday, although he contacted me and I was not in the house but I instructed him to deliver in a certain place. Not a good delivery.

Please paki tarong sa inyong services. Gi track nako akoang parcel ang nakabutang is unsuccessful ang delivery attempt eh wala nag adto sa balay ang rider wala nag deliver. I hope nga ma sulosyunan ni nga problem, pls check your riders.
