No rider had arrived to the delivery address but in the system was tagged as delivery attempt was unsuccessful, recipient request reschedule delivery. It was in Spx Bohol.

Arnel Polistico is not always delivering my parcel. He always say, Recipient is uncontactable. In reality he does not call or text or even goes to our house to deliver. I was banned in shoppee due to his negligence. Arnel Polistico is not doing his job. Instead he let his wife delivers the parcels. I am sad.

I hope the rider texts before going to the parcel location because not all customers are bums and unemployed. I also hope if the rider was told to enter, he should have entered the street, not the customer who would have come out. What is it? I'm at work.
