This is the first time this has happened to me that my parcel went to the consolacion hub, my parcel should have been at the canjulao hub and until now there is still no movement, this is a big inconvenience. I rate 0/10 Im so disappointing, Yung rider Hindi nya denilivery Samin then nilagay nya sa shoppe ko na delivered na daw but Hindi nmn he send wrong house pictures, nakakainis nakaka disappointed

They never deliver the parcel but in tracking my parcel they tell that attempt deliver but the recipient reschedule the delivery.

We just happened to check on the shipment today. A delivery was attempted Mar. 28 but failed. I suggest the delivery person call or text the phone number that a delivery will be attempted. We were home most of the day. They will attempt delivery today, Mar. 29. We just found out by accident. Someone should call or text if they can't find the house.
