The delivery is not successful. I clarify the rider if he really did go to the location. He said he did and wait for me for a few minutes. I didn't notice his call so I did have the chance to ask to wait for me to go outside. I ask forgiveness to the rider and kindly ask him to just deliver it the next day. He texted he won't deliver it again and told me to just pick up it the Mactan Airport Branch at 5PM which I find it difficult in my end. The package needs to be delivered it to me since I badly need it and paid for a door to door service. May I ask if you can deliver it again just with another delivery rider? Thank you:)
