My parcel didn't deliver yet. I did not answer the phone since my phone shutdown and I contact the rider to reschedule the delivery but there's no reply. Hoping to your improvements since there's so many negative feedback to your DC. Thank you!

My package already departed from PULILAN to PLARIDEL since November 4. I do not know why there is such a big delay when Tiktok shop gave an estimated date of deliver between November 5 to 7.

It's been four days since my parcel arrived at OP Bacnotan La Union Hub and still no parcel is delivered. They even posted a notification in my shoppee app that my parcel wasn't delivered because I was not in the delivery area, eventhough I was there.
