The delivery guy name Arnold took the extra 50 pesos. Sabi nya 560 daw ang parcel, which is nakita ko ang price is 516 lang...I gave him 570 ,nanghingi sya ng 1 peso at sinuklian nya ang anak ko ng 5 pesos.

I was waiting for my package all day and all night yesterday but it never arrived!!! I have my mobile number listed but no one bothered to call!! Now, they say incorrect location and to contact the courier but No Numbers were given to call!! All I have is a no-reply message on viber. There is no instructions on how to contact!!! The courier is ?!@&

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the repeated failure to deliver my parcel, [SPEPH03188462408B]. This is the second time my package has been returned to sender without any attempt to deliver it. I find it unacceptable that I have received no notification of attempted delivery, nor any explanation for the return. This is a clear indication of serious system issues within your organization. And also I was really disappointed with one of your riders misbehaviour who owned this number: 0975 083 8531. HE SHOULD BE TREATING ME WITH RESPECT BECAUSE I APPROACH HIM PROPERLY WITH MY BEST BEHAVIOR, but then disappointedly, seems like he's blaming me because he cannot deliver my order due to the fact that he's delivering a lot of parcel. Is that the way you treat your customer? Raising your voice against me? Furthermore, I will be reporting this incident to your main office and considering filing a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies.
