Very poor service. Manila to legazpi 2 weeks na tapos Sabi sa tracking nasa legazpi na 4 days ago. Susmio 1 hr away na lang kami d pa madeliver? Fyi kurtinang pang Xmas Ang order ko kelan ko yan isasabit sa valentine's day???

Your rider is so rude!he was asked to wait so we can cashout the payment since he mentioned he dont do gcash instead of waiting he told my son order order kayo wala kayo pangbayad and left with my parcel which I have been waiting for more than a week now!!

I have an issue with the delivery of my order., my last delivery attempt was december 9,but until now the system still in sorting facility last december 6 and I don't know what happen why until now the parcel not already delivered.please do something about this matter,thank you!
