Super delayed ang pag deliver ng parcel. Tapos magrereklamo pa ang rider na ang layo daw ng bahay namin. Dibah door to door ang pagdeliver? Hayysss nako!. Tapos hindi pa tumawag ang rider. Lagi nalang unsuccessful ang delivery.

The Rider was So Rude... Why he asking my Address if it's Already in my Parcel, Please be Sensitive to your Customer with dealing your service. You already 2 attempt but you didn't call me.

Better work on your customer service satisfactory. And next make sure to ACTUALLY attempt to call your customers not just indicate that they are unreachable when in fact you did not attempt to call nor send a text. What a crappy service you have!
