Hay naku mga riders nyo mga tamad tang ina buyer not on location daw pero never nman mg punta. Flash express daw pero mabagal pa sa pagong sobrang ,mga tamad pa mga riders nyo.. dto sa negros oriental dauin.. wag kayo tanggap ng tanggap ng parcel kong ang tatamad nman ng riders nyo ipaubaya nyo na lng sa j&t dahil hinatid ang mga parcel nila dto sa amin

We are just 1 min away from metromanila but it takes 5 days to deliver the oarcel. So bad costomer service. This is my firts and last to have their services and not recomend to my friends and relatives about this cimpany.

The delivery was unsuccessful due to the conflicting statement and reasons of the delivery driver. Indicating that the receiver (me/I) was not on the area (i was at the given address), but the truth is there is no delivery attempt happen. I've been waiting for my parcel since august 3. But the courier (i assumed and presumed) intentionally disregard the order/delivery. I want a justifiable reason for this unfortunate event. It waste my time and effort. As well as the seller's effort in packing the order. So much inconvenience. J&T management please take action or i will post this on my social media. Thank you. I hope this kind of event won't ever happen again. So disappointing!
