If the scheduled rider is absent, there should be another rider to substitute for his part because I tracked my package that 'twas for delivery yesterday and I wasn't able to received it yet for he was already absent yesterday and when I called him this morning, he said that he was absent yesterday and also as of today. There's no coordination between the riders and the management. And now, I'm still waiting for it if they can deliver it today.

Walang parcel na dumating sa akin. Tinatawagan ko yung driver ayaw din naman sumagot nag text na rin ako pero ni isang text or call ng driver wala akong natanggap. Ngayon delivery can't be completed na. Pangalan ng driver OCW E C MANAYON MARC.
