I suggest if there is changes with regards to the delivery schedule please inform your customers by sending them a text message or a call, because they already put there contact number including there address. I have a parcel that schedule to receive last March 24, 2023. But until this day I didn't receive it yet, and worst I didn't get any information on what happened or next step to do for me to receive my parcel! I'm really disappointed with this delivery company!!!

Napakatagal sa mandaluyong shopee express hub. Paki expedite naman po. Ilang parcel ko na ang tumagal one week jan sa hub na yan

Now they want to send the parcel back to the sender claiming that i refused or cancelled it. Stupid trash. People who don't know how to do their jobs. If you dont want that job, go quit, useless trash.

2nd time getting unsuccessful attempt and this time the rider is saying that i refused. I didn't receive a text or call. Pure incompetence. I filed a report yesterday and this is how the rider respond to it? This guy don't like his job. I no longer trust shopee and shopee express because of this. Imagine, i offered to personally pick up my parcel but the chat agent that i chatted with that it's not possible for security and health reason. Trash service.

I've waited from morning til afternoon for my parcel to arrive. I didn't received any text or call and the rider tagged my parcel as unsuccessful after checking my app.
