Super bad service!!! Oh my God my order from Lazada(Heineken 5L keg x2) was at their local distribution hub on the 23 December and expected it to be delivered before Christmas lo and behold no one delivered not even a message fuckin’ a! This was supposed to be my share on 2 separate family reunions and this delivery “express” as they claimed DID NOT DELIVER. Got an update that’ll be delivered on the 26th now an update from Lazada says that’ll arrive by the 29th! WTF 🤬 are the people doing there? Even Lazada’s Customer Service is a bitchin’ number to call always busy! Sama mo pa CS nitong Flash and it’s an epic m@&)fk problem! So if you have an option DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES

Poor service. False parcel updates. They would admit to not having enough couriers and being overwhelmed with volume of parcels. They will provide option for pick up. I inquired if I can have a third party courier to pick up the item and they suddenly can send the parcel. I have two parcels in their hub acc to the website but according to them only one is available yet. I asked if they can wait for the other parcel so it will be just one delivery. They said ok. Next day my order was cancelled and being sent back to sender. False claims on website, on the partner ecommerce, and over the phone. Unreliable. Same thing is happening with my second order.

I deliver nyo naman ang parcel! Kakadating palang sa hub ang parcel, ma rereturned agad sa sender? Ay wag po ganun! Be responsible po kayo! NAKAKA DISAPPOINT PO KAYO NG SOBRA!

Ang tagal ng parcel inorder nga ng mas maaga para umabot Sa hollidays kaso mukhang d pa ata aabot. 3 days lang ang sabe pero ilang days na Wala paden
