My assigned delivery rider caused me GREAT inconvenience. I only received text message on the day of the delivery March 12 that Jaime, 09480774139 will be delivering my parcel. I work in a call center, from 9PM-6AM. I stayed up yesterday until 12 PM until I couldn't wait anymore as I needed to sleep. I woke at at 5:30 PM when I saw that I had 3 missed calls during that time, the call first came in at 5:08 PM. I tried to call the number multiple times but it was always out of reach or coverage area. I was calling him desperately becuase I needed to request redelivery as the item being delivered to me is a credit card. I was hoping to receive them yesterday already since that credit card was my backup fund during these tough wallet days. I had bills to pay that are due today already March 12, 2025, I waited this time till 5 PM, always half sleeping in between as I am the only one at home, the call never came. I requested help from one of my friends to call his number (I dont have enough load balance and HAVE NO MONEY SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED THE CARD) but it was always out of coverage area and he's not picking up. He didn't reply to the text messages either. If you will be sending in text messages about delivery make sure to indicate what time it will be delivered and make sure the riders are attentive enough and have one word when they promise stuff to customers. I COULD HAVE LET THIS SLIDE IF IT WASNT SO STRESSFUL BUT THIS INCIDENT IS FINANCIALLY IMPACTING TO ME. I HAVE EXPECTED THAT CREDIT CARD TO COME THIS WEEK TO PAY FOR MY BILLS AND SUSTENANCE. JUST GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
