I haven't received any calls nor text from the rider that my parcel is out for delivery. When i tracked my order, it was stated in the website/shopee app that "Recipient is unreachable". This is happened twice already. Please contact the recipient before parcel will be delivered. Dili unta mag tinapol. Please. Thank you.

Trash place. Too much back logs. Lack of riders (probably due to poor working conditions). My package is literally 1 month stuck there

walang modo yung rider nyo.sinasabi ng mama ko na bumalik kasi ang may hawak ng pera pmbyad ay ang anak ko nsa skul ayaw bumalik ngrereklamo .rekalamador ang sabi 50 pesos lang pang gas nila ipapabalik balik pa daw sila

Last week pa po yung isa kung parcel NASA j&t liloan cebu branch.. Hanggang ngayun Hindi pa dinilever, nauna pa dineliver yung mga huli kung orders..sana naman po ma deliver na.
