Dalawang beses na nag return to seller ni hindi man lg mag contact sa buyer ilang araw aku nag hintay kailangan ku pa nman yung damit worst courrier nang shoppee .

i was always tracking my parcel thru the shopee app's tracker patiently, yet one day I was SURPRISED to know thru the app's notification that my parcel is heading back to its seller. it's VERY DISAPPOINTING that I cancelled my activities inorder to make myself available for the delivery of the said parcel and then the delivery was a flop. it would have been better if shopee express team (or mr. delivery man) did try to contact me via call regarding the parcel if would i be ok with picking it up at the hub cuz their service was a FAILURE or extend some more time since my contact number is indicated then.

I received an email today that my parcel was succesfully delivered but until now i haven't received any parcel. The receiver in the email is my name. Kindly investigate this kind of transaction.
