Doesn't call, doesn't text and has delivery unsuccessful in 2 attempts even though my phone is reachable and I've been staying in the house waiting for a whole day.

Make sure your riders call first before or if they are near the location! I’ve always encountered this problem with this courier and it’s pissing me off! It’s always buyer not on location and you’re riders are so unresponsive in texts!

Whoever this delivery guy who has tracking number SPEPH037767328204, 1460 ang payment ko my extra charge pa na 10 pesos,naging 1470 bayad ko. Wow. Baka ulitin pa sa ibang customer, hindi magandang gawain.
