What happened to my parcel (PVLD-S5F1-HYAU) you did not even try to call me? When your rider was there last april 6 3:30pm i ask him if i had a parcel delivery he said i don't have one, then at 5:29 pm you message me that my parcel is ODZ FOR DISPOSITION but i did not even receive any notification from your rider

Bakit binalik sa sender. Active na man Yung number nakalagay. Importante ang parcel na Yun kasi gamit ng Bata yun. Ni hindi man lang nag attempt na tumawag back to sender na agad. Hindi man lang ma pick up ang parcel.

Are you short-staffed in Legazpi?? I see the tracking details saying my items are in your delivery hub and yet it takes more than 3 days before somebody delivers it! This already happened MULTIPLE times. I had to go to your hub and ask the guard to have it expedited, which they don't really do anything about it, AT ALL. Allow self-pickup just like J&T if this lack of urgency will not be addressed! The tracking number below is just an example, there were several other packages where this delay happened.
