Already 2 attemps my parcel is unsuccessful why? Yesterday the delivery person called me and i told him that I'm working but my wife can receive the delivery and i gave the name of my wife so that he can still make the delivery but he didn't make an effort to go to my address. . Same what happen today.. better track also your delivery..

Useless agency/company, mga tamad mag deliver! Address not found mga dahilan. 2weeks na nakalipas wala pa din yung parcel.

Do inform us when its out for delivery already, not automatically tag it as failed when no call has been even made. Seem like you are lazy to deliver the items to automatically tag parcels without the actual attempt so it would be the fault of the receiver not on your end.
