Until now my parcel hasn't arrived. The service is very poor. My parcel shipped last Monday. It's more than a week now. Yesterday is says that it's already in Allen. However it's been in Allen for 2 days now. I am so disappointed.

Please do check your riders po. They were cancelling/returning to sender the parcels on their own without asking MOST of the clients. The attached screenshot of their proof of on hold/ cancellation does not reflect the CORRECT PHONE NUMBER inputted in the delivery details. Forging the proof since they know no one is COUNTER CHECKING their reasons and provided evidence/s.
