It shows my parcel was delivered at 4:47PM March 24, But I did not receive any parcel! Not even a single text or call or even a notification of a delivery today! My father and I had been waiting the whole day!!! I was expecting my credit card to be delivered, you should have asked for an ID before giving it to somebody else. Since you alredy marked it delivered without any proof of delivery I don't know where it actually is and who received it!

Says that the buyer is unreachable but they did not even text or call. Its annoying because there was no attempts at all yet they said its unsuccessfull. It causes problem for both seller and buyer. Pls brief and call out your riders about this issue
