So poor, i paid for fast delivery and it said it only takes two weeks, yet it's already been a month and the parcel are still in the Philippines, the document that i sent is badly needed, so poor... if i know this would happen i would have use LBC express..

3-4 working days regular cargo nila.. pang 6 day na wala parin dumarating.. from Manila to Ilocos lang

Very late delivery.If di pa ei follow up .No action Taken. ETA ng item is not coincide sa delivery time frame na binigay nila .Until now di pa na deliver ang door to door na package nmin.

The corier did not even call. Im working grave yard shift and eventually In the day time im sleeping. They did not even bother to knock at my gate or call me on my phone. Then they will tagged it as an unsuccessful delivery

No update ang rider ng j&t alcoy branch at ni hindi nga po sila nakakarating dito sa bahay namin, kung tutuusin nasa tabi lang po ng kalsada ang bahay namin, at kaharap lang namin ang landmark, ilang araw na ako nag aantay ng parcel ko ni anino ng rider wala ako nakita, tapos nag 3rd attempt na sila sa parcel.., at isa pa nag message ang rider na kunin ko daw sa branch nila ang parcel ko eh kasama naman sa bayad ang shipping fee.. bastos at ma attetude ang rider sa sa alcoy branch

Ang rider po dito sa j&t alcoy branch, hindi po maayus mag delivered ng parcel po, ni hindi nga po sila nakakarating dito sa amin , nag 3rd attempt sila ilang araw na ako nag aantay sa parcel ko hanggang ngaun wala pa, kung sa tutuusin tabig kalsada lang naman ang bahay namin at may landmark naman sa harap ng bahay namin .. ni hindi nga po sila nag update eh..

Please include also tha contact details of the rider. We have issue of overprice. The rider said it was 156. But upon checking it was only 56 pesos
