Lack of coordination with dispatch, driver and customers service reps. Customer service doesnt even have a contact with the rider and dispatcher. Rider did not attempt to deliver they just tag it as “attempt” or “unknown consignee”. Cust service reps doesnt have the right information to give. He said the delivery is negative on 5/16 then i received a text message at 1am in the morning of 5/17 that package will be delivered on 5/16.. total bullshit!

Good morning.. ako lang unta e suggest na unta Dili unta dayun ninyo e uli ang ge order na parcel Kay Ga expect pd Baya ta na e deliver na anang adlawa ... Ultimo tawag wala jd ko ka recieved Dili man unta ko busy .... Bisan lang e Google map wala MN unta nasalaag ako address.... Wala nakoy mahimo Kay ge return naman jd sa sender mura rakog gahulat sa wala... Pero salamat gehapon Kay ge intertain gehapon ko ninyo ... Pero sa sunod Dili na mautro pa..
