You basically lost our parcel that was literally worth thousands of brand new clothes, have my cousin visit your branch a lot of times only to give the same answer "We will tag it as lost parcel" then come to discover when we called your hotline number that YOU HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. Your local staff was a pain not really making sure that everything was taken care of. No updates, you screwed up and we have to just say thank you? You are the worst!
