You basically lost our parcel that was literally worth thousands of brand new clothes, have my cousin visit your branch a lot of times only to give the same answer "We will tag it as lost parcel" then come to discover when we called your hotline number that YOU HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. Your local staff was a pain not really making sure that everything was taken care of. No updates, you screwed up and we have to just say thank you? You are the worst!

Very poor. Napakatagal ideliver at naka tambak lang sa gensan hub. Not recommendable.

Yong parcel ko dec 25 2022 daw ipinadala pero hanggang ngayon wala ako natatanggap ang saklap pa nakalagay sa status received na. Ni wala ako natanggap na tawag kung hindi niyo nalocate ang bahay ko ng rider nyo.

Magsara na kayo mga tamad rider nyo pag kakaalam ko kasi kokontakin ng rider yung dedeliveran nila ng parcel bago ilabas ng hub tas makikita mo out of location daw buyer hanggang sa mapabalik sa seller yun order shout sa flash express calapan 😂😂😂

Very poor process of delivery. Even the customer service and their hotline is very poor. Its been 6 days and still the package is in their warehouse as stated by the automated customer representative. Two packages were sent at the same time but only one package reached the destination after 5 days while the other package is still in transit. its the worst delivery service.

Super pangit na ng j&t. Napaka sinungaling ng riders. Madalas unsuccessful delivery ang tag eh sa condo ako nakatira. Iniiwan lang sa guard or receptionist ang mga deliveries namin kahit wala kami. The truth is, di naman talaga nagpupunta mga rider. Kc lagi may maid to receive pero lagi buyer unreachable or buyer refused to accept order "DAW". You are the worsttt!!!!!! Bullshit mga riders nyo.
