The delivery rider was never considerate of the difficult circumstance that the receiver had. He never delivered the parcel on the mailed address rather made a deal with the receiver in favor for him in spite of accessible road in my area. And left you with a choice of only affirming his request.I was thankful for him anyway but this was not the first time he acted without courtesy.In fact everyone in my area was complaining for this rider. Please do further investigation for this courier. I don't want to drag someone down only for a complain but for the sake of everybody who had experience the same and who might experience too in the future and especially for your company kindly help this to improve.
