The rider is not asking for the buyer's ID. He gave my 2 orders to the neighbor and the neighbor also accept it without checking the name and address. Contacted him for 3 days but he is uncontactable. His mobile number is only for calling but not allowing to receive calls. So much headache with this Shopee Xpress they don't have a physical store and their tel no and mobile number are wrong and both are not working. Don't deal with this courier. The rider needs to be trained properly else your parcel will be given to the other ALien!

Worst company, no way to contact them, no phone number, and it takes days for them to deliver even if the parcel is already in the area.
