There was no update that it will be delivered today. No one called or texted then suddenly the notification in my shopee says that it was undelivered due to unresponsive buyer??

Why didn't you deliver my parcel? We are at home but nobody has come to my house. It is very poor when you make up story's that are not true (In transit Delivery attempt was unsuccessful :Buyer Requested to Reschedule or Not On Location) if you do not deliver on Sunday's then do not advertise that you are a 24/7 courier!
