I just want to complaint are u sure ur rider try to deliver it on my adress id checked on June 4 and 5 and all it says its in dipolog ... my mum was entirely in our place and no one.come..u should atleast try to message us if u can't reach the people on the delivery adress before returning it to the sender... so frustrating we are waiting for the items and with your poor delivery service

My parcel was not delivered. The rider of J&T Express from Toledo, Cebu branch did not contacted me to notify that I have a parcel to be deliver. When I track my parcel it was been departed from Toledo branch to Cebu City.

Shopee Xpressplease background check your riders some of them are Lazy if the parcel is below 200 pesos worth
