To whom it may concern, I would just like to report the following riders who attempted to deliver the parcel late last night and the other day: Reymart Simbulan Ilao - 09814567022 Yvone Juzette Bay Manalo - 09266212605 My parents are the recipients and they are senior citizens. The riders did not even inform them that they will deliver late at night. How can my parents receive it if it is already past 9PM? What is your protocol or guidelines on this matter? Hoping for your prompt action on this.

The problem is about the delivery rider...i didn't re-schedule may parcel..the rider called and he re- scheduled it , and told me he doesn't enough time to deliver...

Sana gandahan nyo pagturing sa mga delivery staff saka sana magprovide kayo ng proper training para hindi sa customer binubunton yung galit nila sa buhay. Pag sumigaw or tumawag sila gusto ata parang genie ka na mag aappear bigla sa harap nila.wala pang 5 mins nakababa ka naman pero galit na galit. Minsan sila pa pupuntahan mo kung sang kanto nila gusto pakuha parcel. Kesyo hindi daw mahanap sa Google map. Shopee express delivery staffs walang ganyang mga arte.saka sa pinto talaga ihahatid parcel mo. Itong mga J&T sama na ng mga ugali, tamad pa. Tapos ilang beses na nagdedeliver ng 9 p.m., 11:45 p.m., 11:50 p.m. Tulog ka na, gigisingin ka pa at bumaba ka daw at lumabas ng gate dahil nasa labas na sya ng gate. Nakakaloka magdeliver taga J&T.
