Lack of coordination with dispatch, driver and customers service reps. Customer service doesnt even have a contact with the rider and dispatcher. Rider did not attempt to deliver they just tag it as “attempt” or “unknown consignee”. Cust service reps doesnt have the right information to give. He said the delivery is negative on 5/16 then i received a text message at 1am in the morning of 5/17 that package will be delivered on 5/16.. total bullshit!
