Lack of coordination with dispatch, driver and customers service reps. Customer service doesnt even have a contact with the rider and dispatcher. Rider did not attempt to deliver they just tag it as “attempt” or “unknown consignee”. Cust service reps doesnt have the right information to give. He said the delivery is negative on 5/16 then i received a text message at 1am in the morning of 5/17 that package will be delivered on 5/16.. total bullshit!

Good morning.. ako lang unta e suggest na unta Dili unta dayun ninyo e uli ang ge order na parcel Kay Ga expect pd Baya ta na e deliver na anang adlawa ... Ultimo tawag wala jd ko ka recieved Dili man unta ko busy .... Bisan lang e Google map wala MN unta nasalaag ako address.... Wala nakoy mahimo Kay ge return naman jd sa sender mura rakog gahulat sa wala... Pero salamat gehapon Kay ge intertain gehapon ko ninyo ... Pero sa sunod Dili na mautro pa..

Hindi diniliver ng rider ang product ko na purchase, my picture pa siya as his proof n diniliver niya ang product pero hindi sa bahay ko

Service: Kevin Dela Cruz Phone Numbe: 09602080681 (out of coverage) Reported my parcel, customer was unavailable. Whereas, naghintay ako buong araw sa school. Yung guard namin sabi wla nman daw J&T dumating.. Sana hindi nlng mag notify na darating yung parcel para di na ako naghintay. Hope you can fix matter kasi this is not my first time na ganito. Na return nlng yung parcel ko kakahintay. Salamat

Delivery not received with no phone call by delivery personnel . If they had called us he would have been told new delivery address.

No contacts from the delivery rider but I was shock when I received the update from Entrego that CUSTOMER UNKNOWN. May I request to the government to please cancel the business permit of this delivery service
