Im waiting for my parcel to be delivered. Yesterday, the rider told me to redeliver my parcel which is today. So I've waited the whole day but then the rider tagged "Customer cant be contacted", and I cant even understand why the rider tagged that. What's the action for this since my parcel was already paid? And also please make some necessary actions to thouse kind of riders.

It's take 3 days bago mag delivery pag dumating na sa delivery hub .. di na gaya ng dati mabilis lng .. once na mag arrive na sa delivery hub next day out of delivery na ngayon inaabut ng 3 to 5 days bago mag out of delivery

Worst delivery courier took so long to deliver parcel they stock it on there facility for more than a week and they don’t update the tracking as well
