Sad especially when you know that your order is already in the hub yet they don't even try to deliver it already.

Would like to report your rider name Patrick with cp number 09912960732 this was provided by your notification. That rider supposed to deliver my moms credit card yesterday and we tried multiple times to call him and texted him but he didn't answering our calls and text to ask an update or give him an instruction on how to reach our house but no response from him and now i saw our parcel was returned with note of bad address. We also never get a call from this rider if he actually intend to deliver or not because I instructed BDO to included the note that in the time of delivery the courier or rider will call or text me so that I can give the easiest direction. I WANT TO KNOW THE REASON and make an action to that rider.
