Sana pwede e claim na lang ang parcel personally para hindi na mka pag antay sa pag deliver nyo.. napaka sungit pa ng guard bawal daw pero sa ibang courier like j&t.ninjavan at entrego pag dumating sa warehouse nila pde mu e claim personally.

I haven't received any calls nor text from the rider that my parcel is out for delivery. When i tracked my order, it was stated in the website/shopee app that "Recipient is unreachable". This is happened twice already. Please contact the recipient before parcel will be delivered. Dili unta mag tinapol. Please. Thank you.
