I didn’t even received a phone call indicating that the parcel is out for delivery this is not acceptable your delivery driver lack consistency in their job

Very poor how many my times my parcel always attempt...my parcel it takes a long time....the riders are all lier they reported to the office wrong information about the reciever...my parcel almost 3weeks na .....

Panu nangyari na ang status ng parcel namin is deliver na samantalang di pa nahahatid sa bahay ng rider na si lenzer gusto kung mag complain.

YOUR RIDERS ARE LAZY!! MY PARCEL IS ALREADY IN ITS 2ND ATTEMPT YET NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS DONE TO ME AND THEY SAID THAT I, THE CUSTOMER RESCHEDULED THE DELIVERY WHICH I DIDN'T DO. THERE WAS NO DELIVERY ATTEMPTS DONE LOLS
