The rider is not asking for the buyer's ID. He gave my 2 orders to the neighbor and the neighbor also accept it without checking the name and address. Contacted him for 3 days but he is uncontactable. His mobile number is only for calling but not allowing to receive calls. So much headache with this Shopee Xpress they don't have a physical store and their tel no and mobile number are wrong and both are not working. Don't deal with this courier. The rider needs to be trained properly else your parcel will be given to the other ALien!

Worst company, no way to contact them, no phone number, and it takes days for them to deliver even if the parcel is already in the area.

If it's already in the local delivery hub, don't wait for the maximum date of delivery to deliver the parcel. Other couriers are beating you to it. The parcel arrived in the local hub 5 days from today and it's not even out for delivery yet.

Walang yah 118 lang bayad ng parcel ko ginawani rider na 188 ngsideline xa ng 70 php plus my utang pa na 12 php nung nakaraan ayusin rider ang trabaho mo sa pagdedeliver dto sa Piwong MPC.. Aalahanin mo nagmomotor ka makakarma ka sa ginagawa mo boy
