Improve on your order tracker by providing timeline of delivery. Customer has no idea of what time delivery will be made; courier or rider should inform customer of timeframe.

My parcel arrived in kidapawan on august 21, 2023 and was sent back to the seller without informing me, even me and the rider, Mr. Al rey Aribe Galbo, agreed to send the items in midway hospital since my wife was admitted.

What da... Wala nga akong na recieve kahit message man lang galing sa courier na ito peru nagulat nalang ako, return to sender na parcel ko. Ayusin ninyo trabaho ninyo!
