sabi ni delivery rider, may sunog daw, traffic daw. kaya ipick up na lang sa LBC branch. sana tinanggal nyo na lang yung door to door nyong pakulo.

Looks like there's no way to prioritize any deliveries and get the packages earlier. What a bummer.

Delivery claimed address cannot be located. Ive been living in this same location for 2 decades and never had an issue with my deliveries in my address. They have my contact number and could have reach out for location instruction if they are doing their job competently. The truth is they never attempted to deliver my parcel and simply mark it as address cannot be located for the sake of laziness and negligence.Horrible experience.. Poor and unreliable service. Waste of time.
