I suggest if there is changes with regards to the delivery schedule please inform your customers by sending them a text message or a call, because they already put there contact number including there address. I have a parcel that schedule to receive last March 24, 2023. But until this day I didn't receive it yet, and worst I didn't get any information on what happened or next step to do for me to receive my parcel! I'm really disappointed with this delivery company!!!
