the driver did not text or call he just cancel it, i ask some j&t riders and said they think its a new rider don't now how to use your app

Please improve your timeliness in delivering parcels or at least provide updates from time to time as to why there has been a huge delay.

To whom it may concern, I would just like to report the following riders who attempted to deliver the parcel late last night and the other day: Reymart Simbulan Ilao - 09814567022 Yvone Juzette Bay Manalo - 09266212605 My parents are the recipients and they are senior citizens. The riders did not even inform them that they will deliver late at night. How can my parents receive it if it is already past 9PM? What is your protocol or guidelines on this matter? Hoping for your prompt action on this.

The problem is about the delivery rider...i didn't re-schedule may parcel..the rider called and he re- scheduled it , and told me he doesn't enough time to deliver...
