I try to track my package but they said they deliver my package but no body in the house how come its plenty people here in the house and i never leave bcoz i need to get my package that is very important documents im so very disappointed

Parcel is missing..You delivered to the wrong house. My number was indicated in the parcel yet you did not even bothered to call or text me if you do not know my address. I don't even know the guy who received my parcel. I'm sure you did not even bothered to ask if he knows me because if you did im sure he would say that he doesn't even know me. PS. I want my parcel back or you should pay it.

You should check that the address of your client is a Govt office. Holidays and Sundays should be taken into consideration. Despite request of having it delivered on Tuesday, Aug. 22, your return it to sender. Why is it the before your used to send text message to the client, why is it that your 3 attempts(according to your staff) included Monday, Aug. l21 which was a HOLIDAY. NOT EVEN A PHONE NUMBER FOR YOU TO BE CONTACTED. WHAT A VERY POOR SERVICE. Dont worry I sent a message to SHEIN that your courier was unreliable.
