Your Rider LITO was very rude, I was quite harassed because he is insisting on his 1st attempt delivery my parcel will be cancelled since I was not home a was telling me that 1 time delivery attempt only I can provide screenshot of our conversation

Courier does not make a physical delivery - he simply calls, then if customer does not answer or if there is no signal, they mark it as failed. What if customer is in a meeting or in an area where signal is bad? In my case, I had already instructed my helper to watch out for the delivery guy. He simply marked it failed but never came. We reviewed the CCTV footage.
