there should be more detailed information on tracking, no expected del date, no options, tried to communicate with customer care but it keeps on blocking my email

I wish you have the option to input alternative contact information. I wasn't able to accept my parcel as i cannot pickup the phone call from your rider as I was at work.

TOOK 4-10 DAYS BEFORE DELIVERED EVEN IS IN THE WAREHOUSE ALREADY DIDN'T EVEN FOLLOW DATE OF DELIVERY
