J&T's practice of simply calling the recipient instead of making an actual delivery sucks BIG TIME! People cannot stay stuck to their phones all day to pick up the courier's call. We need to work, guys! We leave instructions with our staff at home to watch out for the courier, but they never come to our doorstep when they can't reach the recipient. Hello - we paid for delivery and not answering services.

How many days that I don't receive my parcel almost three weeks now when I trace my parcel its almost in my destination and even now I don't have it.

Coz very slow to deliver almost a month my fiance send to me they pay priority mail then after I cannot locate where is my package..very fast came from us then in manila very slow

At least contact the receiver prior to deliver, rider or delivery man does not contact receiver. We the receiver has no information of person who will deliver at least name and contact number, incase receiver is not on stated address of the receiver.
