He didn't come to our house or in my location to deliver my parcel. Even though he can't contact me but he have my address.

The rider did not even bother to call me on those days that my parcel is supposed to be delivered. He may have called me the first try but during the second and third tries wala talaga only to find out na palaging customer can't be reached yung nakalagay sa tracker nila. Nag message pa ako sa rider but did not reply as well.. Hopefully, this won't happen to other buyers. Thanks
