hi good evening. we suppose to recieve our order today order number 704982930331361 placed last sept.6, 2023 but the problem the delivery guy of ninja van dont want to deliver it in my parents house. he want my parents ( senior citizen) to meet him in the market which in fact he just pass by my parents house. nasa tabi lang naman ng daan bahay ng magulang ko. my parents contact him several times but he keep declining to deliver it in the house and he also insult my parents and tell them to cancel the order. Is it suppose to be deliver door to door because there is shipping fee on it, right? this is the contact number of the delivery guy +639319735681. its so frustrating because we badly need that order para sa bukid.

I have a parcel appliances, Yesterday was supposed to be the delivery the shopee notif my parcel is out for delivery, i cancel my appointment i waited until 5pm there is no delivery. One of your rider called me that i need to pickup my order, how come i will pick up my order? that was need to be delivered i paid delivery for that 2k + and now you called me to pay for the other individual to carry my item i have no question i agree on it, sabi ko “cge kuya para ma deliver na yung item” tapos nag msg ulit kayo saying i need to pay for the gasolin sa delivery nyo kasi special delivery yung item. Like what?! you expected me to pay your gasoline for delivery?? does my delivery fee is not covered for that?? You want me to pay you para lang ideliver yang item?! Worst courier!!! i will not recieve that item i will cancel and return that. mga walang modo.

Pwede malaman yong sender sa tracking na to?? Wala man lng contact number? Dapat meron kau name ng sender or contact man lng fahil iba po yong dumating sa akin na order..fake barley po siya..fapat aware kau sa information ng sender po..

What’s your phone #? Why can’t I find a # to reach you with? Even your drivers that will deliver our packages doesn’t have a contact # to be reach.
