Unsuccessful po ang first attempt ng delivery pero dapat diba meron pang 2nd attempt? And wala ako na receive na text or call sa rider na mag dedeliver ng item ko. Tapos biglang marked as return to seller na agad?

Bakit nkalagay "Package Delivery Failed" eh wala pa nmang nagde2liver dito sa bahay. hndi nman ako umaalis ng bahay, tama nman mga info nklagay number at address. Bakit??!!! Bakit ganoonn??!!! Paki paliwanag nga!!. Shoppee at lazada nga nka2pag deliver dito tapos kayo hindi??! Shuta mag sara na kayo! Ginagawa niyo lang walang kwenta company niyo!

The delivery rider was never considerate of the difficult circumstance that the receiver had. He never deliver the parcel on the mailed address rather made a deal with the receiver in favor for him in spite of the accessible road in my area. I was thankful for him. I don't want to drag him down for only a complain but for the sake of everybody who had gone the same, who might experience the same and for your company as well, please do further investigation for this rider who treats most receiver without courtesy. The delivery rider was never considerate of the difficult circumstance that the receiver had. He never delivered the parcel on the mailed address rather made a deal with the receiver in favor for him in spite of accessible road in my area. And left you with a choice of only affirming his request.I was thankful for him anyway but this was not the first time he acted without courtesy.In fact everyone in my area was complaining for this rider. Please do further investigation for this courier. I don't want to drag someone down only for a complain but for the sake of everybody who had experience the same and who might experience too in the future and especially for your company kindly help this to improve.
