Worst courier iv experienced with! They keep the packages for days at the delivery hub. Unlike other couriers that they deliver the packages within 24 hours from receipt of the package. This ShopeeXpress iligan always reason out that they lack riders and has insufficient time to deliver!!! Such stupid reasoning! My package was received by the hub Sept 19 yet and now its already sept 22. Idk whats their system coz our other shopee packages thru shopeeXpress were delivered on time from sept 19 until this date. Just this package # SPEPH031974644359.

Nagdeliver , eh rason ibalik ang sukli.. Kulang ang sukli , iwan ko kung ibalik eh Naninigarilyo pa nga sa harapan ko ang delivery boy

Hello J&T Carmen, Bohol branch! You should terminate your delivery rider NEKO GRESOS CAVERTE asap or put him into disciplinary action. Eversince he became the assigned rider in our area I've been experiencing bad service. He has an attitude. He's not even polite and he keeps delivering our parcels to a different address specifically to our grandmother's house. Our parcels are usually huge and heavy since it contains products that we sell. Now our grandmother who's already so old would suffer the burden to carry those heavy packages to our house which is quite far from her's. And when our parcels are COD, he would intentionally park farther away from our house just to annoy us. He would never get up from his motorcycle and force us to to go where he parked. Imagine it was 5 heavy parcels. If I could rate 0 to his service I would. WORST ATTITUDE. WORST SERVICE. We prefer our parcels to be delivered to own home to avoid hassle since we're busy working people. Now all we experience is hassle and his unbearable attitude.
