walang kwenta tlga ang shopee xpress, dpt automatic na tong maalis sa shopee courrier e.. asa sanfernando ako pero pinunta sa san luis at mukang wlang balak pagalawin dhil na stock na don ng dlwang arw, napakalapit ng pinanggalingan pero ang tagal kumilos ng shopee xpress.. nkakapikon as in!!

Ibinigay ko ang pera ko na pambayad pero hindi dineliver ang items na order ko,kasi sabi babalik daw cya,maloko ang delivery rider.haisst

J&T Pambujan is being infuriating!! They are tagging my parcel as unsuccessful even though they are not delivering it. They say its in 2 days even though its tagged as for delivery. On 3rd day, they will send text that's it again will be out for delivery but as usual, it will not be found again then they will return our parcel to the seller after that. They also put out our parcel in a messy manner which they took time finding it and causing the queue to lengthen. This is happening to people with orders from my town and not just me. I would like to recommend for us to choose the suitable courier for our parcel like Ninja Van. Please make action soon for this matter.
