Unfortunately, when the delivery was made, the rider did not deliver the order to the specified address. Instead, the delivery was made to a different location, which caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. Ninjavan just keeps holding out parcels and items and do not providing any updates even though the item is already at the Local Hub, J&T does a better job so much that it delivers the items and parcel advance, like after arriving at the Local Hub they also deliver that item within the same day unlike Ninjavan. It has already been days and still no update and they won't let the items be picked up from their hub too by customers themselves.

It's the 6th day already from North Luzon to Cebu, my package status is delivered but no one message me to deliver it today and I didn't receive my package.
